Review from a Transgressive Fiction Fan

I don’t understand why Brave New World has been so much more well-known than this book. It’s a whirlwind of ideas about a better society instead of a pessimistic account of a totalitarian regime. Why isn’t this book the one by Aldous Huxley that’s being read in schools? Is it because we don’t want to teach young people that another kind of society is possible? Too many ideas that might undermine the current state of affairs?

“Insightful” Review from a Mainstream Reader

Maybe I’m just not smart enough to get this book or in tune with myself or something, but this was a horribly boring and terribly hard to read book.
